JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
LOCATION: Wichita KS
PAY RATE: $34/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Shift Options: 7:30 AM 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Support senior management during customer visits exhibits air shows conferences and special events
Plan and coordinate agendas for exhibits air shows product demonstrations evaluations and special events
Manage budgets and oversee the distribution of promotional materials
Ensure compliance with customer commitments schedules budgets and ethics guidelines
Serve as the primary liaison between customers and executive leadership
Support aftermarket Customer Service Representative (CSR) functions using quoting software
Determine production status and replacement part availability
Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering on spare part configurations
Make make/buy decisions and administer quotes through customer delivery
Support Aircraft on Ground (AOG) and spare part requirements interfacing directly as needed

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Aerospace industry experience or a degree combined with customer service experience
Experience working with quoting systems
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
