Own branch P&L performance job costing labor and margins

Support collections and manage AR within company targets

Assist sales with estimates pricing and customer relationships

Resolve escalated customer issues professionally

Maintain a clean safe and organized branch and warehouse

Track KPIs hold teams accountable and escalate risks early
