Job Summary

We are seeking a HIGHLY MOTIVATED attorney with general commercial litigation and/or real estate litigation with 7 years of experience. The position is with a thriving Manhattan practice located on Wall Street with an expanding workload and litigation venue in New Yorks Federal State and City Courts (mainly in Manhattan and Brooklyn). The attorney will work directly with the Firms partners manage their caseload under their guidance conduct discovery draft substantive motions regularly appear in court and administrative hearings and complete other related tasks. Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment and meet tight deadlines. Applicants must be admitted to New York State and be a licensed attorney in good standing with the New York State Bar.

The ideal candidate will have experience drafting motions pleadings and discovery demands/responses conducting legal research engaging case investigatory work (including document review) arguing motions along with all other work necessary to bring a case from inception to trial.

We offer an annual salary range from $175000 - $250000 commensurate with experience with a target goal of 1700 billable hours per year plus bonus.
