Estate Planning Attorney

About the Role:

We are seeking an Estate Planning Senior Associate with 5 years of experience to join our Estate Planning Group.

In this role you will work on sophisticated estate planning and estate administration matters with a strong focus on tax-efficient strategies and comprehensive wealth planning. You will also advise clients on related business and financial matters making this a highly strategic and client-facing position.

This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys combining technical expertise with relationship-building and is looking to take on greater responsibility in managing client engagements.

What Youll Work On:

Advanced estate planning strategies for individuals and families
Estate and trust administration
Tax planning and wealth preservation strategies
Advising clients on business and financial matters related to estate planning
Drafting complex estate planning documents
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and referral sources

Required Skills & Experience:

5 years of experience in estate planning tax planning and related business matters
Strong background in finance or accounting
Proven experience handling sophisticated estate planning and administration matters
Excellent drafting and technical writing skills
Strong understanding of tax planning strategies
Highly organized and deadline-oriented
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
