Job Summary:

We are seeking an IT Project Manager to lead enterprise application maintenance enhancement and modernization initiatives. The role will manage cross-functional technical and business teams while delivering projects using Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies. This position serves as the primary coordination point for stakeholders and ensures successful delivery of system upgrades production support and cloud migration activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end project delivery for enterprise applications
Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning stand-ups retrospectives and backlog grooming
Conduct weekly status meetings and prepare detailed project status reports
Track risks issues dependencies timelines and deliverables
Coordinate with Technical Analysts and Business Analysts to ensure requirements alignment
Prioritize production issues and enhancement requests
Oversee system upgrades integrations and modernization efforts
Support cloud migration initiatives
Ensure documentation standards and governance processes are followed
Act as primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications:

PMP certification
Scrum Master certification
Strong Agile delivery experience
JIRA project management expertise
Enterprise application project exposure
Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership abilities
Experience managing complex IT initiatives
