As our new Enterprise Sales Manager youll drive the growth of Wolts retail offering by acquiring strategic partnerships with new merchants. Youll represent Wolt as a trusted partner in the retail space shape our offering across multiple verticals and build long-term value for both Wolt and our partners.
What youll be doing
As Enterprise Sales Manager youll take end-to-end ownership of the enterprise sales cycle from strategy and prospecting to contract negotiations and onboarding. Youll identify high-potential retail partners build strong C-level relationships and work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that support both growth and operational excellence.
Day-to-day in this role youll:
- Define a sales strategy to achieve targets set by the management team
- Build and manage a pipeline of top-tier retail prospects across key verticals
- Develop complex tailored value propositions based on understanding of the partners full value chainfrom operations to unit economics to customer experience
- Target new enterprise-level partners in line with company strategy and market objectives
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Manage the full sales cycle including technical legal and financial aspects from first contact to signed contract
- Collaborate with regional and global teams on multinational prospects and larger partnership strategies
- Identify innovative business solutions that create value for both Wolt and its partners
- Maintain deep insight into competitive landscape category trends and retail market dynamics.
Our humble expectations
- 4-6 years of experience in B2B sales or account management ideally within the retail FMCG or e-commerce industry
- Strong understanding of business practices enterprise decision-making and market trends
- Proven track record of closing complex deals and building partner portfolios from scratch
- A natural hunter with the drive to build and scale partner portfolios
- Ability to tailor Wolts solutions to different business models and demonstrate clear ROI
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and report on KPIs
- Fluent in Polish and English
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this role is 14 622 PLN 18 277 PLN gross per month. The successful candidates starting pay will fall within the pay range listed above and is determined based on a number of job-related factors including but not limited to skills experience qualifications work location and market conditions. This position is not eligible for consideration for an equity/RSU grant.
