Job Summary

Your Mission:
- Identify AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable business value; estimate benefits and design and execute business experiments to validate effectiveness.
- Manage the product roadmap and backlog ensuring smooth planning and timely delivery through close collaboration with business stakeholders engineers and data scientists.
- Develop and implement effective Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for both internal and external products.
- Continuously improve product quality and performance by leveraging user feedback and product analytics.
- Drive rapid adoption and integration of AI products across the organization.
Qualifications :
- 3 years of proven success as a Product Manager at a leading tech company blending technical expertise with strategic insight.
- Strong background in business analytics engineering or a related discipline bridging the gap between technical details and business objectives.
- Outstanding communication negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Extensive knowledge of ML/AI technologies and their transformative impact on user experience.
- Experience managing autonomous cross-functional teams using methodologies and tools such as JIRA Confluence Scrum LeSS and Data Mesh.
- Fluent English communication skills.
Bonus Points for:
- Experience with cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with logistics or e-commerce sectors.
- Previous international working experience.
