Job Summary
Project the aim youll have
As a Software Delivery Manager youll work closely with technical teams and our clients to build and support their software development. On a daily basis youll be responsible for understanding customer needs proposing the best solutions and implementing them. Youll be managing a technical team to deliver quality software and iterative value to end users. Youll be an experienced agile practitioner who understands agile practices believes in them and helps the team to introduce and maintain relevant agile tools and techniques.
Position how youll contribute
- Building a healthy team culture through coaching facilitating and protecting the team from distractions and demotivation
- Building and maintaining a collaborative and productive relationship with clients
- Working with our technical leads to support the technical growth and development of your team where appropriate
- Defining and measuring metrics with your team and peers to enable them to track their progress their goals and understand areas for improvement
- Managing team member objectives performance holidays and sick days
- Managing team budget profitability and team shape where appropriate
Qualifications :
Expectations the experience you need
- Commercial experience managing influencing and measuring cross-functional technical teams
- Ability to communicate with others in a clear honest and enthusiastic way in order to build trust
- Experience in working with non-Polish clients building trust and transparent communication
- Experience measuring agile team performance and quality while working with the team to address issues
- Experience leading an agile team and delivering iterative results
- Experience coaching and mentoring agile principles
- Knowledge of the best SDLC practices
- Fluent English both written and spoken
- Prior hands-on technical experience as a Software Engineer or in a similar role is mandatory
