Job Summary
Associate Attorney Labor & Employment (Dallas TX)
Our Dallas law firm clients are regularly hiring management-side Labor & Employment Associates to support expanding management-side practices.
What Youll Handle
Employment litigation in state and federal court
Drafting and reviewing employment policies handbooks and agreements
Advising employers on compliance investigations and workplace issues
Defending wage & hour discrimination and retaliation claims
Assisting with arbitrations and agency matters
Qualifications
27 years of labor & employment experience
Management-side experience preferred
Strong writing counseling and client-facing skills
Texas bar admission required or preferred
