Job Summary
Overview
The Project Management Specialist is responsible for coordinating and driving the successful completion of projects from initiation through execution.
This role oversees all aspects of assigned projects ensuring deadlines responsibilities and deliverables remain on track.
The position requires strong organizational skills sound judgment and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Based in Fort Mill SC you will play a critical role in supporting sales teams developing RFP/RFI responses and coordinating cross functional efforts to ensure program and customer success.
This position thrives in a fast-paced hybrid work environment and requires strong prioritization skills curiosity and a commitment to continuous improvement.
What Youll Do
Lead end-to-end project planning execution and delivery.
Establish timelines assign responsibilities and oversee progress toward key milestones.
Monitor project performance manage risks and proactively remove roadblocks.
Prepare and present clear concise status updates and reports for senior leadership.
Guide and support cross-functional team members; may lead and direct the work of others.
Apply a broad range of project management practices creativity and problem solving to achieve program goals.
Partner closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives scope and expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate execution across IA programs and initiatives.
Drive operational efficiency and champion process improvements.
Collaborate with sales teams to support deal strategy pricing and execution.
Develop manage and submit high quality RFPs/RFIs aligned with customer requirements and business objectives.
Track program milestones risks metrics and deliverables to ensure predictable outcomes.
Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to promote alignment and program success.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree preferred.
24 years of experience in project management or a related field.
Familiarity with project management methodologies tools and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Strong communication analytical and problem-solving skills.
Creativity initiative and a high degree of latitude in achieving goals.
