Job Summary
- Manage end-to-end project administration across active engagements including Advisory Session staffing and resource schedule maintenance.
- Partner with Resource Managers to track open staffing needs raise resource requests and keep allocations aligned with project requirements.
- Monitor project timelines and flag risks or gaps before they become delivery issues.
- Apply an AI-first mindset to administrative workflows actively identifying opportunities to automate manual tasks reduce friction and improve data accuracy.
- Use and help improve operational tooling to support a scalable efficient delivery model.
Qualifications :
- 2 years of experience in project administration project coordination or a similar operational support role.
- A self-starting work style with strong organizational instincts sharp attention to detail and the ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion without close oversight.
- Comfort working across multiple projects and geographies simultaneously with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines without losing the details.
- Familiarity with AI tools or automation platforms and an interest in applying them to operational workflows.
- Proficiency in PSA tools and the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive communication style you flag issues early and keep stakeholders informed.
- An analytical mindset with interest in building reports dashboards or operational tracking tools from scratch. Candidates with data and reporting experience will find plenty of room to create here.
- Background in professional services consulting delivery or customer success is a strong plus.
