This role is a high-visibility position responsible for leading the execution and growth of our three powerhouse brandsReynolds Hefty and Diamondacross Latin America Europe the Middle East and Asia. We are looking for a project-driven leader who can take established brand strategies and turn them into successful market realities.
Responsibilities
The Brand Manager International serves as the primary project owner and executional lead for our global portfolio. You will lead the implementation of brand-building activities launch new product line extensions (from waste bags to food storage) and manage the performance of our brands in diverse international retail environments. This role is about owning the output leading cross-functional teams to ensure our brands are competitive profitable and relevant in every market they enter.

Multi-Brand Project Leadership
- Project Owner: Lead the design-to-delivery process for new product line extensions across our portfolio.
- Launch Implementation: Manage and commercialize items from beginning to launch ensuring all regional regulations packaging and supply chain requirements are met.
- Cross-Functional Captain: Drive results by leading teams across Sales R&D Finance and Supply Chain to execute market-specific initiatives on time and within budget.
Market Trend & Performance Analysis
- Market Monitoring: Analyze key international business trends providing input on gaps and opportunities for all three brands based on local consumer habits.
- Performance Reporting: Track and present business updates to management regarding volume profit and market share by distribution channel for international territories.
- Data Synthesis: Leverage syndicated data (Nielsen/Circana) and regional research to evaluate and adjust pricing and promotional tactics.
Execution of Brand & Media Strategy at priority markets
- Brand Stewardship: Ensure our brands maintain their unique equity identities while adapting messaging to resonate with local international cultures.
- Creative & Media Leadership: Brief and manage agency partners to develop and launch advertising campaigns (digital social influencers and partnerships) that drive consumer demand.
- Budget Optimization: Manage and optimize advertising and promotional spending for the international business unit ensuring high ROI and alignment with financial targets.
Ultimately you will play a vital role in our company and will lead projects to analyze current performance trends and market conditions that impact our company so that we can continue to innovate and improve.

Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
- 57 years of progressive brand marketing experience in the CPG industry.
- Lead Mentality: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing the Stage-Gate process for new product launches.
- Execution Focus: A track record of taking projects from the conceptual stage through to a successful retail launch.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing retailer scan data and managing P&Ls/budgets with high attention to detail.
- Project Management: Top-tier organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple brands and complex timelines simultaneously.
- Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to present logically and persuasively to senior leadership and field sales.
- MBA or other advanced degree.
- Intellectual Curiosity: A naturally inquisitive nature and a desire to understand diverse global consumer behaviors.
- Entrepreneurship: A strong sense of ownership and the drive to take full accountability for project outcomes.
- Experience with international retail distribution channels.
- Experience in both Cooking and Waste/Storage categories.
- Lean Startup or Agile project management experience.

Bonus Eligibility
Role is eligible for 10% annual incentive provided the business meets financial goals and the individual meets their performance goals subject to plan administration guidelines.
