Job Summary

Cybersecurity Project Manager Identity & Access Management / Data Protection

Location: Chicago IL (Hybrid 3 Days On-Site)

Were seeking a Cybersecurity Program Manager to lead high-priority initiatives in Privileged Access Management (PAM) Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Identity Authentication and Authorization (IAA) and Data Protection. This role manages end-to-end delivery working with global teams to ensure projects are on time on budget and meet security objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive execution of complex cybersecurity projects from planning to completion
Manage cross-functional global teams and stakeholders
Oversee budgets up to $3M including forecasting and reporting
Identify and mitigate risks issues and dependencies
Deliver clear communication and status updates to leadership

Requirements:

10 years in project management including 5 in cybersecurity
Experience in IAM PAM IGA IAA or data security programs
Skilled in Agile/Waterfall methods and financial management
Proficient with MS Project Azure DevOps Clarity PPM and Power BI/Tableau
Bachelors degree required; PMP preferred

Schedule: Hybrid 3 days on-site in Chicago. No relocation or remote options.
