As a Mission Finding Analyst you are the engine behind our global digital reach. This position is central to the missionaries role to Invite others to come unto Christ by helping them receive the restored gospel through faith in Jesus Christ and His Atonement repentance baptism receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost and enduring to the end. You wont just be running reportsyou will be optimizing sophisticated advertising funnels and using data to ensure that every missionary companionship across the globe has the opportunity to teach. This is elite-level experience that will prepare you for a career at the worlds top tech and consulting firms.

Responsibilities
What Youll Do (The Mission)
- Optimize the Funnel: Design and evaluate audience inclusions/exclusions to ensure our digital invitations reach those most ready to receive them.
- Architect Solutions: Use programming languages within the Microsoft platform to build automated technology-based solutions for the Finding Support Center.
- Translate Data into Action: Analyze global key performance indicators (KPIs) in Tableau to identify growth opportunities and troubleshoot bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with Tech Teams: Act as a bridge between the field and the lab sharing mission feedback with developers to improve our proprietary tech stack.
- Lead & Train: Mentor specialists and supervisors scaling your expertise across the organization.

Qualifications
- 1 years of relevant experience (or equivalent project/internship work).
- Proven experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency with data processing software (Python APIs Tableau etc.).
- Experience utilizing social media for missionary work (preferred).
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
