Role Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Partner Location: Melbourne Vic
Hours: Full time 12-month contract Reporting to: Head of Talent Acquisition ANZ

What youll do:

• Partner closely with stakeholders and line managers to define success profiles core capabilities and recruitment strategies for senior middle-level and non-early talent roles across the Demand and Corporate Functions
• Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with our Gold Standard signature processes that attract diverse high-calibre talent aligned with business priorities and organisational culture
• Serve as a brand ambassador safeguarding quality culture and values diversity and an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Partner with our Senior Strategic Sourcing Lead to build and maintain strong external talent pipelines through proactive sourcing networking and creative attraction strategies
  

Your unique ingredients:

• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience primarily for senior and middle-level roles within a large diverse and fast paced organisation
• The ability to partner with geographically dispersed hiring managers across a range of business segments consistently delivering professional high-touch customer service
• Excellent prioritisation skills balancing business urgency with candidate and stakeholder experience
• A strong grasp of talent market intelligence with the ability to influence hiring managers through insights mapping and data-driven sourcing strategies
• Expertise in using a range of interviewing techniques and assessment tools backed by strong diagnostic and decision-making skills and ability to advise
• Experience in an FMCG CPG or working across Sales and marketing would be highly regarded!
