The Opportunity
Were seeking a Process Lead who will act as the vital bridge between the business and the Construction Futures team uncovering challenges and shaping ideas that enhance operational performance and digital capability. Youll work closely with teams across the organisation to identify opportunities in process optimisation data improvement and disruptive innovation guiding stakeholders from problem discovery through to early solution design.
By crafting clear problem statements preliminary solution concepts and concise business cases youll help build a strong pipeline of highvalue initiatives that drive continuous improvement and support the organisations evolution through structured innovation and datadriven thinking.
Key responsibilities:
Champion the intake and discovery of new ideas by facilitating structured conversations that uncover pain points root causes and desired outcomes.
Translate ambiguous business needs into clear problem statements early solution pathways and lightweight business cases aligned to strategic priorities.
Assess opportunities across optimisation dataasanasset and disruption streams while mapping current and future state processes where needed.
Collaborate closely with ICT Applications and Construction Futures to prepare initiatives for triage ensuring feasibility value and consistent documentation.
Build strong relationships that encourage continuous idea generation while promoting innovation data literacy and processimprovement thinking across the organisation.
Required Skills and Competencies
Experience in business analysis process improvement innovation PMO or related roles (ideally including consulting) with strong capability in facilitating workshops and discovery sessions.
Demonstrate deep knowledge of process mapping service design and continuous improvement methodologies along with the ability to develop lean business cases clear problem statements and early-stage solution concepts.
Possess familiarity with digital transformation data governance and enterprise systems plus confidence working with ICT teams and understanding technical constraints at a conceptual level.
Use collaboration tools such as Visio Miro and Confluence effectively with experience in construction or operational environments considered an advantage.
