Reports directly to the Vice President Human Resources.
Responsible for leading the following recruitment teams: Field Service Center (FSC) Emerging Talent and Field Recruitment teams.
Travel Requirements:
Travel requirements will be determined based on business needs including but not limited to attending industry conferences participating in recruitment events and vertical meetings.
Physical Requirements:
This role operates in a hybrid work environment (3-4 days in the office) and requires the ability to perform computerbased tasks for extended periods with frequent sitting and occasional standing or walking.
Strong verbal communication skills are essential for effective engagement in both inperson and virtual meetings.
