The Opportunity

Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Office of General Counsel team you will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to craft and negotiate professional services agreements that enhance our firms offerings. As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects and innovate processes đảm bảo operational excellence while providing strategic legal guidance to drive project success. This role presents an exciting opportunity to leverage your knowledge in commercial contracting and negotiation while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to navigate complex challenges and deliver impactful results.
Responsibilities

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree in Bachelor of Laws
- 10 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- 5 years of practicing Attorney experience preferred
- 4 years of experience advising on commercial agreements preferred
- Experience at a Big Four or consulting firm preferred
- Demonstrating strategic and tactical negotiation skills
- Engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Navigating ambiguity and challenging the status quo
- Leveraging AI tools to enhance workload
