Job Description:
KRA 1: Project Procurement Planning & Coordination
-
Manage all project-related procurement activities in close coordination with Project Management and Engineering teams.

Prepare and maintain the Project Procurement Plan aligned with project schedules and milestones.

Ensure timely processing of material and service requirements as per approved drawings BOQs and specifications.

Participate in project and procurement review meetings.
KRA 2: Purchase Order & Contract Management
-
Prepare authorize and issue Purchase Orders (POs) for materials services and equipment.

Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
-
Ensure contracts comply with standard terms and conditions scope delivery schedules and payment milestones.

Coordinate with Project Controlling to verify budget availability and approvals prior to PO release.
KRA 3: Supplier Sourcing Evaluation & Development

Research identify and qualify suppliers in accordance with company procedures and guidelines.

Develop and maintain a reliable vendor base for HV EHV and Solar equipment and services.

Monitor supplier performance related to quality delivery cost and documentation.
-
Work closely with suppliers to identify cost reduction value engineering and cost avoidance opportunities.
KRA 4: Quotation Review & Commercial Evaluation

Receive review and analyze supplier quotations.

Conduct commercial comparison and conformity analysis.
-
Prepare negotiation strategies and support management in decision-making.

Prepare quotation overviews and supporting documentation required for clients or internal approvals.
