Your Role at Reputation:

As a key player in our marketing department you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand engages our target audience and drives business growth. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the technology landscape (and associated trends) and the ability to work cross departmentally for alignment oversight and consistency.

How Youll Shape the Experience:

Content Strategy

• Develop and execute a thought leadership content strategy that aligns with the companys overall marketing objectives and brand positioning.

• Create a cohesive and engaging narrative that communicates the value proposition of our Reputation Platform to our ICP and beyond. Support our awareness efforts and thought leadership bench.

Content Creation

• Work alongside a team of marketeers including data analysts designers and multimedia specialists to produce high-quality and compelling content.

• Generate a variety of content types including social media management blog posts campaign kits research reports case studies byline articles infographics videos and more.

Campaign Support

• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to support campaigns with relevant and impactful content.

• Align content creation with product launches research initiatives awareness campaigns promotions and other strategic initiatives.

PR Analyst Relations

• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for our external PR agency ensuring timely execution of media pitches press releases and rapid-response commentary.

• Actively identify and cultivate opportunities for media interest managing incoming inquiries and preparing spokespeople for interviews to boost brand awareness.

• Manage the rhythm of business with industry analysts including scheduling briefings coordinating inquiry calls and tracking upcoming research reports to ensure our Reputation Platform is accurately represented.

Brand Consistency

• Ensure consistency in messaging tone and branding across all content channels and platforms.

• Uphold and enhance the companys brand identity through compelling storytelling.

Performance Metrics

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of content initiatives.

• Utilize data and analytics to refine content strategies and optimize future efforts.

The Skills That Set You Apart:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field or equivalent experience

• 8 years of marketing experience including demonstrated expertise in content creation and management preferably within the SaaS or Mar-Tech industry.

• Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience in optimizing content for search engines.

• Excellent leadership and project management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative thinking and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.

Where Youll Connect & Collaborate:

Your main HQ is our Scottsdale AZ or Lehi UT office but we know great work can happen anywhere. Youll have the flexibility of a hybrid schedule joining us in person on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (subject to change) and working from home the rest of the week.
