1. Lead enterprise-level or cross-functional communications strategies in high-skill specialty areas with large-scale impact.
2. Lead strategic communications and oversee execution for assigned areas (LOB/function/or high skilled area).
3. Provide direct strategic counsel for the most senior executive-level enterprise leaders including C-suite leaders.
4. Build alignment across high-impact stakeholders.
5. Deliver thought leadership and mentoring to teammates across the department and organization.
6. Drive operational excellence and efficiencies.
7. Measure impact and adapt based on data and analytics.
8. Responsibly apply AI and other technology tools to improve and streamline communications work.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree and 12 years of relevant experience.
2. Experience influencing and advising executive leaders and leading major initiatives demonstrating a track record of positive results.
3. Demonstrated business and/or financial services industry acumen
4. Proven experience in leading and creating internal/external communications strategy.
5. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
6. Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments influence others meet tight deadlines and manage risk.
7. Experience managing agencies and vendors.
8. Experience using data and analytics to drive decisions
9. Proficient in digital platforms AI tools and basic media formats.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in communications roles with a strong emphasis on technology cybersecurity or related technical domains is highly preferred.
