This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall efficiency and revenue growth of our : $45000 - $50000 Shifts: Full-time Permanent Key Responsibilities:Ensure accuracy of OTA bookings in & coordinate reservation staff booking and update rates promotions and packages into the reservations system as closely with each propertys guest service teams to resolve any reservation related issues promptly and payments owing refunds rate adjustments & cancellations to ensure revenue is being revenue reports as & invoice promotional stays with our marketing closely with the accounting department to ensure gift card reconciliation & funds transfers are duties as experience in reservations guest services or hospitality is preferred. Strong attention to detail and analytical communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional to prioritize tasks manage time efficiently and meet deadlines. Familiarity with online travel agency platforms and practices. Proficiency in using reservation systems and property management software.
