Job Summary
- Maintain relationships with vendors and product renewal activities
- Track subscription and contract start and end dates
- Source in-stock computer equipment to meet the needs of staff
- Purchase hardware and software as needed
- Manage and track purchase orders and projected IT spend
- Process and track invoices working with the WildBrain finance team
- Creating and maintaining well organized filing systems
- Maintain and move forward list of outstanding deliverables for IT purchasing tasks
- Keep vendors finance team and relevant parties up to date on purchases and payments
- All other duties asassigned
Qualifications :
- Experience with technology budgetssoftware & support subscription models and vendor management
- Experience with purchasing for an enterprise IT Department
- Superior problem solving and risk managementskills
- Goodteam player with the ability to work with minimalsupervision
- Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technicalpeople
- Experience with the Microsoft 365 suite of products (excel outlook word)
- Detail oriented with good time management skills and the ability to prioritize in afast-pacedenvironment
- High competency level for computer literacy
- Keeps up to date on IT Procurement industry best practices andtechnology

Total Rewards
At WildBrain we strive for equitable and consistent pay practices within a robust total rewards framework. Compensation may vary within the same role based on experience performance specialized expertise and overall impact.
Compensation: $58000 - $65000 CAD. Base salary is part of a comprehensive total rewards package that includes:
