Job Summary
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Create compelling digital content including short-form videos AI-generated videos graphics photos and written posts
- Translate brand stories campaigns and messages into engaging platform-ready content
- Maintain high creative and quality standards across all content outputs
AI UGC & Creative Tools
- Use AI tools to support ideation scripting editing visual creation and optimisation
- Source curate edit and repurpose user-generated content (UGC) from the community
- Collaborate with volunteer creators to expand content output while maintaining brand quality
Platform Optimisation & Distribution
- Optimise content formats captions and storytelling styles for different platforms and audiences
- Support content publishing schedules and campaign rollouts
- Stay up to date with platform trends formats and best practices
Community & Collaboration
- Work closely with a community of volunteer content contributors
- Support content capture at events services activations and campaigns
- Collaborate with copywriters designers and digital media leads
Performance Awareness
- Monitor basic content performance metrics (reach engagement watch time)
- Use insights to improve future content quality and effectiveness
Technical Skills & Knowledge (Required)
- Short-form video creation and editing
- AI tools for content and video generation
- Social media platforms (Instagram TikTok X YouTube LinkedIn)
- Basic analytics and performance interpretation
- Content creation tools (video design editing software)
- Experience working with UGC
Experience & Profile
- 35 years experience in digital content creation or social media roles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video visual and written content
- Experience working with AI-assisted content tools
- Comfortable collaborating with teams and volunteer communities
- Creative adaptable and detail-oriented
- Strong understanding of digital culture and storytelling
