About Company: Our client is a digital lending company with operations across multiple states in Nigeria.
The Company is seeking to hire result-oriented Sales Executives who will be responsible for driving direct loan sales meeting monthly disbursement targets and contributing to revenue growth without compromising portfolio quality. The role requires a balance of strong sales execution and strict credit discipline ensuring sustainable loan performance.
Key Responsibilities:
To source clients and develop sales through different media.
Meet weekly monthly and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
Generate sales by building long-term relationships with clients.
Identify appropriate prospects make high-volume sales calls and manage the sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process.
Using and updating our Sales and marketing CRM ensuring all customer records are up to date can help you develop sales in the future.
Ability to make calculations of financial terms and monthly payments.
Present negotiate terms and overcome objections.
Ability to close deals before sending them over to the Credit team for acceptance
Working with the underwriting and credit team to ensure proposals are written in a professional manner that will help the approval process.
Experience in lead generation client relationship management and sales closure
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to conduct market research and prepare sales presentations
Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
Compensation: N150000 Monthly Allowance Commission based incentives
