Job Summary
Niger Delta Innovate (NDI) is seeking passionate and skilled Digital Skills Instructors to support our mission of bridging the digital divide empowering youth and fostering innovation across the Niger Delta region.
Role Overview
The Digital Skills Instructor will be responsible for training and mentoring learners in practical industry-relevant digital skills. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about teaching community impact and technology-driven development.
Training Areas
Applicants should have strong competence in one or more of the following areas:
Robotics
Front-End Web Development
Data Science
Key Responsibilities
Deliver structured and engaging digital skills training sessions
Support learners with hands-on projects and practical exercises
Simplify complex concepts for beginners and young learners
Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback
Collaborate with the NDI training team to improve program delivery
Requirements
Proven knowledge and practical experience in at least one listed skill area
Ability to teach and communicate concepts clearly
Passion for youth development and digital empowerment
Prior teaching training or facilitation experience is an added advantage
