We are working with a school who are recruiting for a meticulous and professional HR Officer to join a flagship secondary school in Lambeth. This is a full-time permanent position starting in September 2026 initially focused on the high-volume recruitment period for the new academic year.
The Role The successful applicant will lead on the schools end-to-end recruitment process ensuring total transparency and precision in all safeguarding checks. We are seeking a practitioner with a pioneering spirit who can manage the Single Central Record (SCR) to an Outstanding standard. You will be responsible for drafting contracts managing staff absence and utilising HR software to provide the technical support required for the Senior Leadership Team.
