Job Summary
We are working with a school who are recruiting for an organised HR Officer for a prestigious primary school in Hounslow. Starting in September 2026 this full-time permanent position is ideal for a professional with a background in education HR or generalist personnel management.
The Role The successful applicant will join a flourishing and mutually respectful place of learning where staff are treated as valued peers. You will be responsible for the strategic administration of the schools human resources ensuring that all statutory safeguarding returns are met with total precision. We are looking for a professional with a pioneering spirit who can lead by example and contribute to the schools scholarly atmosphere. You will prioritise staff records management and support the Headteacher with general clerical and contractual tasks.
