Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients architects and contractors to secure repeat business.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal design and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution from design to completion.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends new materials and competitor activities to effectively position products.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience: Proven experience (often 2 years) in interior design sales furniture or home improvement.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of interior design trends materials and space planning.
