Job Summary

Exciting Job Opportunity For Product Manager To Work In Qatar!!!

Note:Candidates from Kerala Karnataka and Tamil Nadu with minimum of 10years of work experience as a Product Manager are eligible to apply.

Location:Qatar

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production across bakery factory and retail outlets to ensure timely preparation and delivery of products.
Monitor and coordinate production schedules with Supervisors to meet sales forecasts and demand.
Ensure optimal use of raw materials minimize wastage and maximize yield.
Implement and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for production quality control and hygiene.
Maintain strict hygiene sanitation and safety standards across all facilities and delivery vehicles.
Supervise mentor and train Supervisors and production staff; lead recruitment for skilled roles.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Food Technology Culinary Arts Hotel Management or a related field.
Minimum 10years of experience in bakery production management with proven experience in both factory and retail operations.
Strong knowledge of bakery operations food costing inventory management and quality control.
Experience in product innovation R&D and menu development.
Familiarity with food safety regulations (HACCP ISO or equivalent).
Strong leadership team management and mentoring skills.
