We are hiring a Customer Success Executive for a Learning & Development Company to manage client relationships ensure smooth program delivery and drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Onboard new clients and explain training programs
Coordinate with trainers internal teams & clients
Track program progress and client engagement
Handle client queries feedback & escalations
Ensure high customer satisfaction and renewals
Maintain CRM data and client reports
Requirements
Strong communication & relationship management skills
Customer success / client servicing experience
Knowledge of L&D training or EdTech preferred
CRM handling & basic reporting skills
Problem-solving & coordination abilities
