About the role
As Talent Acquisition Specialist (Temporary) you will play a key role in shaping and executing Carriers talent acquisition strategy in México. This position partners closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions ensuring we attract engage and hire top talent aligned with our business priorities. Your work will directly support organizational growth and strengthen Carriers reputation as an employer of choice.
Key Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Temporary) youll be responsible for:
Partnering with HR Business Partners and business leaders in México to drive standard Talent Acquisition processes hiring policies and TA projects.
Ensuring the successful fulfillment of hiring plans and talent acquisition strategies across business units in México and at a global level.
Acting as the local SME for the Workday Recruitment system including reporting functional operation ticket tracking and issue resolution in collaboration with HR Technology teams.
Leading or participating in strategic Talent Acquisition CoE initiatives such as RPO management vendor review job board contract management and TA cost analysis to ensure operational effectiveness.
Continuously improving and implementing recruitment processes selection techniques and assessment methods to identify the right candidates for the right roles.
Managing and strengthening both internal and external recruitment channels including job fairs job boards and employer branding activities to promote Carrier as a great place to work.
Supporting local and global TA initiatives such as social recruiting campus recruiting internship programs employee referrals and employer branding programs.
Conducting market intelligence analysis to monitor talent trends and competitors providing insights recommendations and actionable feedback to stakeholders.
Performing additional tasks as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Lead.
Requirements

As a minimum you must have:
Bachelors degree in Psychology (preferred) or a related field.
More than 5 years of recruiting experience preferably within the manufacturing industry.
Fluent English communication skills both written and oral.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment processes.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Excellent organizational time management and multitasking skills.
Strong sense of ownership execution mindset and drive for results.
Advanced Excel skills.
Although not necessary it would be nice if you have:
Experience working with Workday or similar HR systems.
Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
A creative mindset and proactive problem-solving approach.
A positive can-do attitude and strong collaboration skills.
