Summary
We are currently looking for a Warranty Specialist to join our team in Toluca. This position will monitor activities on Supplier Chargeback performance
A Day in the Life:
- Responsibility flag allocation for warranty claims in Mexico and export market.
- Submission and processing of claims from Mexico market to Global System.
- Monthly notification of warranty details to suppliers.
- Daily Supplier support.
- Supplier Allocation process (WLRC/RWLRC)
- Improvement of recovery processes manual and procedures
- Generation of payment vs. recovery reports
- Communication and cross-functional activities with other work teams
- Reinforce contractual rules/standards for Recovery process
Who Were Looking for:
Required:
- Industrial Engineer Mechanical Engineer Automotive Engineer
- 1-2 year of experience with Recovery process with suppliers and contact with suppliers or related with Customer Satisfaction on Automotive Industry.
- Knowledgein General Automotive Mechanical
- English (Intermediate - Advanced)
- Database management (Excel)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Emotional intelligence
- Effective Project management
- Computer Skills: PowerPoint Tableau (desired) and Excel (Advanced)
- Travel: twice a year (National).
