Summary
Join our collaborative sales team in the Microbiology Division at Thermo Fisher Scientific and contribute as an Account Manager III for Clinical Microbiology. You will drive revenue growth and build long-term customer relationships while representing our comprehensive portfolio of microbiology products and services. Our microbiology team plays a key role in the rapid identification of diseases and targeted treatment.
You will work in a supportive environment that values success and innovation helping our customers make the world healthier cleaner and this role you will develop and implement strategic sales plans manage relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction through consultative selling. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized microbiology solutions that meet customer needs while achieving sales objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the Clinical Microbiology portfolio
- Build develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers through regular on-site visits and consultative selling
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account sales plans
- Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Identify customer needs and propose tailored microbiology solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing applications service) to deliver customized solutions
- Support customers in achieving goals related to rapid disease identification and targeted treatment
REQUIREMENTS:
- Masters degree plus 5 years of sales experience preferably in microbiology laboratory scientific or healthcare industries
- Preferred fields of study: Microbiology Natural Sciences Chemistry Biology or a related scientific discipline
- Technical knowledge of microbiological applications methods and workflows
- Understanding of customer applications in clinical diagnostics food safety and pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships at all organizational levels
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and MS Office
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a matrix environment
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel up to 5075% within the Czech Republic
- Fluent English required
