CZ Site Manager Construction Manager Hotel

Our Client is an international hotel investor and developer currently delivering a prestigious high-standard hotel project in Prague. The company is looking for an experienced Site Management professional to represent the investor and supervise the construction and completion phase of the project.

The building is currently under construction with structural works ongoing and façade works about to begin. The project is being delivered in a Construction Management model with multiple contractors. The target opening of the hotel is in approximately one year.

The Site Manager will act as the day-to-day on-site execution lead responsible for supervising construction works coordinating contractors and ensuring delivery in line with design quality safety and schedule requirements. The role supports the Project Manager and ensures operational control on site.

Main responsibilities (but not restricted to):

• Supervise daily construction activities on site across multiple contractors and work packages
  
• Coordinate subcontractors monitor progress and ensure adherence to schedule and sequencing
  
• Ensure works are executed in line with design documentation technical standards and quality requirements
  
• Oversee Health & Safety compliance and enforce site procedures
  
• Identify risks delays or clashes and proactively escalate and resolve issues
  
• Verify completed works support inspections and manage defects / snagging processes
  
• Maintain site reporting progress tracking and communication with Project Manager and stakeholders
  
• Liaise with local authorities city council and relevant institutions to support obtaining required permits approvals inspections and compliance documentation
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Site Manager / Construction Manager on complex commercial projects (hotel or similar asset preferred)
  
• Experience working in a Construction Management model with multiple contractors
  
• Strong hands-on experience with site coordination sequencing and execution
  
• Solid knowledge of construction processes codes and local regulations
  
• Experience with MEP and fit-out phases highly valued
  
• Fluency in Czech (must-have) and communicative English
  
• Strong organizational problem-solving and on-site decision-making skills
