Role Overview:
. Support office operations vendor management and employee engagement.
. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and manage facilities and vendor relationships.
. Assist with reporting onboarding and special projects.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
oManage office supplies purchase orders and invoices.
oCoordinate visitor and facility needs including sign-in/out procedures.
oOversee space management and other office tasks.
oPrepare and maintain monthly reports.
oAssist with new hire onboarding and internal communication.
oSupport technology needs and operate office equipment.
oHandle incoming/outgoing packages and documents.
Facilities Vendor & Financial Support:
oCoordinate vendor and contractor activities.
oManage vendor relationships and procurement.
oMonitor costs and budgets.
oOversee facility management and physical requirements.
oProvide oversight for facility-related projects.
oEngage with stakeholders and corporate teams.
oAddress facility complaints.
Employee Engagement:
oProvide support to the Social Club and CSR committees.
Other Duties:
oPerform additional tasks and special projects as needed.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Qualifications:
. 3-5 years of relevant experience including 2 years as a receptionist.
. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
. Experience in office administration vendor management and facilities coordination preferred.
. Proficiency in MS Office and basic financial processes.
. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
. High School Diploma required; Business Administration degree preferred.

Work Schedule:
This is an onsite position Monday Friday in the office with responsibilities distributed across daily weekly and monthly tasks averaging about 40 hours per week. While the role follows a general schedule flexibility is required to ensure adequate support for special projects and to respond to urgent priorities.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level experience relevant training and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $31700.00 - $69600.00.
