Tasks
- Maintain and update donor databases to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of direct mail campaigns including coordinating with vendors and ensuring timely delivery.
- Conduct preliminary grant research and assist in drafting proposals for grant submissions.
- Support the fundraising team by organizing and maintaining files and documentation related to fundraising activities.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and training sessions for board members staff and volunteers ensuring all logistical details are managed efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role preferably within the non-profit or fundraising sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and experience with data management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a strong attention to detail.
- Must be Authorized to work in the United State.
