Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Career Advisor to join our team in Phoenix and Mesa Arizona. This role is ideal for someone with recruiting or job placement experience who thrives in a structured metrics-driven environment and enjoys supporting individuals in achieving their career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide students and graduates through job search strategies and career planning
Conduct mock interviews and resume reviews
Build and maintain employer partnerships
Track and meet performance metrics and placement goals
Maintain accurate documentation in a professional office setting
Qualifications:
Associates Degree preferred
Previous recruiting staffing or career services experience required
Strong understanding of performance metrics and goal tracking
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work in-office in a professional environment
