Compensation Package: Base salary starting at $60000 Monthly Bonus Incentive
Were looking for a high-drive people-obsessed Recruiter to join our recruiting team. This is a full-cycle high-volume role where youll be sourcing engaging and hiring talent across both Sales Production Management and Support Teams for a growing brand. Youll work fast manage multiple reqs and partner closely with hiring managers to keep the pipeline moving.
This is not a passive posting-and-waiting role. You will be in it. Building relationships filling calendars and owning your results.
Job Duties: How You Win Everyday
- Own the full recruiting cycle from sourcing to offer for Sales Production Management and Support Team roles across multiple Thrasher Group markets
- Build and manage candidate pipelines that stay healthy active and ahead of demand
- Partner directly with Regional Managers and Hiring Managers to understand their needs and deliver
- Track and report on pipeline activity candidate flow and key recruiting metrics consistently
- Keep candidates engaged and moving through the process with clear timely communication
- Operate with a sense of urgency. High volume means every day counts
Qualifications: What You Offer
- 2 years of full-cycle high-volume sales recruiting experience required
- ATS experience required
- Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously across multiple states
- Experience building a process or system from the ground up
- Strong communicator who follows through every single time
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-demand environment where priorities shift and speed matters
- Data-driven mindset: you track your activity and know your numbers
- Pre-employment screening includes but is not limited to a felony/misdemeanor background check and/or a motor vehicle records check
