Marketing Deployment Manager Overview
A Marketing Deployment Manager is responsible for orchestrating the production and delivery of high-quality timely campaigns and assets across multiple deployment teams. This role collaborates closely with channel production teams to streamline processes and minimize operational friction.
Key responsibilities include:
Serving as a trusted advisor to stakeholders offering best practices and recommendations for campaign excellence.
Sourcing creative assets from the internal creative agency and facilitating their preparation for deployment teams.
Managing large-scale projects through effective coordination and consultation.
Overseeing and executing multiple concurrent campaigns and coordinating varied work streams simultaneously.
Communicating project requirements and deliverables clearly to all stakeholders.
Conducting quality assurance checks and providing approval for final assets prior to market deployment.
Providing training and mentorship to team members.

Independently identify advocate for and implement solutions communicating effectively with management and stakeholders to secure feedback and buy-in.
Qualifications:
Minimum of three years related work experience. Two years of managing a project preferred. Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Exceptional critical and conceptual thinking abilities.
Strong analytical problem identification and problem-solving capabilities.
Advanced planning and project management skills.
Excellent organizational competencies.
Strategic mindset with the capacity to synthesize details into actionable insights and communicate their strategic impact.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Vanguard operates on a hybrid working model designed to balance flexibility with meaningful inperson collaboration. For roles based in our Malvern PA campus crew members work onsite Tuesday through Thursday with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
