About this role

About the Team

  • Finance Platform Strategies (FPS) partners closely with Finance Treasury Technology and external banking partners to deliver and evolve the firms core finance platforms. The team focuses on translating complex business and regulatory requirements into scalablewell controlledtechnology solutions that support global finance and treasury operations.

  • This role sits within FPS and is focused onPayments and Cash Management capabilities within Oracle Cloud supporting bothbusiness-as-usualoperations and strategic platform enhancements.

Role Overview

  • We are seeking an Associate to support Payments and Cash Management processes across a global footprint. The role is well suited to someone with astrong paymentsand cash managementbackgroundwho enjoys working at the intersection of business operations and technology.

  • The successful candidate will supportday to daypaymentsand cash managementactivity help diagnose and resolve issues and contribute to the design and implementation of enhancements across payment flows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support globalPayments and Cash Management processeswithin Oracle Cloud ensuringaccuratetimely and controlled payment execution statement import and reconciliation.

  • Act as a subject matter contributor forinternational payments supporting different payment types andcountry specificrequirements.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Treasury Finance Operations Technology Controls) to gather document and clarify payment and cash management requirements.

  • Supportend to endpayment troubleshooting including:

  • Investigating failed or delayed payments

  • Tracing payments back to source data and upstream systems

  • Coordinating with banks or technology teams to resolve issues

  • Assistwith the integration and ongoing support ofERP to bank-to-ERP connectivity includingHost to Hostand SFTP channels.

  • Contribute to initiatives related topayment standards and regulatory change including ISO 20022 adoption.

  • Engage confidently withexternal banking partners vendors and internal technology teams.

  • Support testing validation and controlled release ofpayment relatedchanges and enhancements.

  • Produce clear documentation analysis and updates suitable for both technical and nontechnical audiences.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Payments & Cash Management

  • 3-7 years experience in international payments cash management or treasury operations.

  • Strong understanding ofglobal payment types including (but not limited to):

  • Wires
  • ACH
  • BACS
  • Experience working withcountry specificpayment requirementsand market practices.

  • Working knowledge ofmodern payment standards particularlyISO 20022.

  • Technology & Integration

  • Experience supporting or operatingERP to bank-to-ERPconnectivity including:

  • Host to Hostintegrations

  • SFTP basedfile transmissions

  • Proven ability totroubleshoot payment issues including linking payment outcomes back to source data forroot causeanalysis.

  • Exposure to Oracle Cloud (Cash Management or Payments modules) is beneficial butnot.

  • Communication & Collaboration

  • Strong communicator comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders including:

  • Finance and Treasury users

  • Technology teams

  • External banks and vendors

  • Ability to explain complex payment or data issues clearly and concisely.

  • Comfortable operating in a globalfast paced andchange drivenenvironment.

Desirable (Nice to Have)

  • Experience supporting largescale finance or treasury platforms.

  • Exposure to controls audit or regulatory considerations in payments.

  • Prior involvement in platform migrations or payment standard transformations.
