Key Responsibilities
- Strategic & Cross-Functional Execution
Drive and manage strategic initiatives across the CEOs portfolio of companies and ventures.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to execute high-priority projects.
Track KPIs business metrics and OKRs and provide timely reporting and insights for decision-making.
Prepare business documentation decks investor reports and project trackers.
- Stakeholder & Communication Management
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal teams clients partners and vendors.
Manage high-level communication emails calls follow-ups and meetings with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Draft review and edit business correspondence pitch decks and presentations.
- Calendar Meeting & Event Management
Manage the CEOs calendar prioritize schedules and coordinate appointments with multiple stakeholders.
Organize and facilitate internal meetings client discussions and strategic brainstorming sessions.
Support the CEOs participation in industry events media appearances and travel planning.
- Operational & Administrative Excellence
Handle confidential data contracts and financial documentation with integrity and accuracy.
Oversee activities related to digital marketing campaigns team management sales coordination and vendor management.
Support recruitment onboarding and internal team operations in coordination with HR and leadership.
- Travel & Logistics
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant Business Analyst or Strategic Associate. Startup or consulting background preferred.
Education: MBA / BBA or equivalent in Business Administration or related fields
Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication in English.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite Google Workspace and digital productivity tools.
- Familiarity with tools like CRM platforms digital marketing tools AI tools CMS Trello/Asana/Notion.
Business Acumen: Understanding of business strategy operations finance marketing and project management.
Attitude: Sharp organized proactive and resourceful with a strong ownership mindset.
Confidentiality: Must handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
