We are looking for a highly capable proactive and discreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to two senior executives in a fast-paced high-performance environment.
This is not a traditional admin role it is a trusted partner position. You will act as a strategic right hand gatekeeper coordinator and problem-solver enabling senior leadership to focus on key business priorities.
The role requires independent judgement professionalism discretion and the ability to anticipate executive needs while operating in a dynamic environment enabling effective leadership streamlining communication and ensuring seamless coordination across sales and strategy functions.

What Youll Be Responsible For
You will take ownership of:
- Complex diary and calendar management
- Executive travel logistics and coordination
- Prepare meeting packs presentations minutes action logs sales materials strategy documents and reports
- Executive and governance meeting support (including minute-taking)
- Event coordination and stakeholder engagements
- Financial administration (credit cards POs reconciliations)
- Executive reporting and project coordination
- Personal support to executives where required
You will also support high-level projects research initiatives and internal communications ensuring seamless execution across multiple priorities.

- 38 years experience as an Executive Assistant
- Experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership
- Exposure to board-level governance processes
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint Excel Word)
- Experience in a Google environment advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry (advantageous)
- Own vehicle and valid drivers license
