Job Summary
Job Title: HVAC Technician Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior technicians with the installation maintenance and repair of HVAC systems
Perform routine maintenance tasks including cleaning filters lubricating motors and replacing worn components
Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues and assist with repairs
Support the installation of new HVAC equipment and systems
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Keep work areas clean organized and safe
Participate in training and professional development programs as required
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 4 years experience in HVAC or related field preferred
Familiarity with hand and power tools
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime when required

Required Education:
RequirementsQualificationsHigh school diploma or of 4 years experience as an HVAC communication and customer service to work independently and within a to work varied hours and on-call shifts as needed.
