Job Type:
- Full-time position Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
- Pay range $23-$26 monthly bonuses comprehensive benefits package.

Ortho Treatment Coordinator Job Duties:
- Assist in treatment planning and coordination for orthodontic patients.
- Familiarity with financing options such as Care Credit and Lending Club.
- Proficiency in electronic billing and strong billing knowledge.
- Ability to meet monthly production and collection goals.
- Knowledge of Dentrix Ascend is a plus!
- Experience with Dentical PPO and HMO billing processes.
Desired Profile/Background:
- Passion for working with children and creating positive dental experiences.
- Previous dental front office experience preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Bilingual in Spanish is desired.
- Availability to work 2 Saturdays or Sundays per month.
