About the Role
We are seeking a hunterminded Account Executive to expand our presence within the layers or broiler markets. This is a highimpact role focused on driving new business in an untapped and rapidly growing region.
You will own the full sales cyclefrom prospecting to closewhile managing strong facetoface relationships with producers integrators and industry partners.
What Youll Do
- Drive new logo acquisition across the layers or broiler market segment
- Build strong customer relationships through onsite visits and industry events
- Manage a 46 month sales cycle and an average $1520K MMR deal size
- Deliver $1M AAR annually through disciplined pipeline management
- Represent MTech at major industry events such as Midwest Poultry Show and IPPE
- Partner closely with internal teams to position our ERP and AIpowered solutions
