Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed Property Reports Title Commitments and/or summaries outlining findings

exceptions and requirements for title insurance coverage for commercial transactions.

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of abstracts surveys and other relevant documents to assess the insurability of commercial real estate transactions.
• Identify and analyze potential title defects liens encumbrances and other matters that may

affect the transfer of property ownership.

• Verify the accuracy of legal descriptions property boundaries and ownership history through

research and analysis.

• Plotting and creating new metes and bounds descriptions
• Collaborate closely with title examiners underwriters and legal counsel to resolve complex

title issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Communicate effectively with underwriting teams and clients to address inquiries and resolve

issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Candidates with experience and strong knowledge of Title Insurance are encouraged to apply.
• 10 plus years of experience as a Reader
• Knowledge of SoftPro Select a plus
• Great time management skills
• Outstanding work ethic with the ability to work in both team oriented and self-directed environments.
• Detail-oriented and professional; able to handle confidential information.
• High level of accountability
• Customer service oriented
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

The annual base salary for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00.
