Job Summary
As we continue to expand our in-house creative capability Entain Creative is growing to support a broader range of brands campaigns and activation-led ideas. This newly created Creative role reflects that growth and the increasing demand for culturally relevant socially fluent and channel-agnostic ideas that perform across the full customer journey.
The Creative will sit at the centre of Entain Creatives output working closely with creative directors social design and production teams to bring bold ideas to life. The role requires strong conceptual thinking a passion for storytelling and the ability to create work that lives across social digital experiential and brand activations ensuring our brands connect meaningfully with diverse audiences.
Key duties
- Generate and execute original creative concepts for integrated 360 brand campaigns across social digital film print and brand activations.
- Lead digital and social shoots from concept through production including directing crew and talent.
- Create activation ideas that translate brand platforms into impactful real-world and experiential moments ensuring seamless connection with social and content strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors from initial concept through to delivery contributing to the elevation of creative quality and effectiveness across brands.
- Work with strategy teams to develop insight-led ideas tailored to specific customer segments and brand objectives.
- Partner with social teams to create adapt and optimise creative for different platforms and audiences.
- Contribute copy and art direction input throughout the day-to-day development of campaigns.
- Present ideas confidently and contribute constructively to internal creative discussions.
- Manage multiple projects and timelines effectively with guidance from senior creatives.
- Leading digital/social shoots from concept through to directing crew and talent.
- Some international travel will be needed as part of this role
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Creative within a digital or integrated agency
- Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to move ideas across channels and into activations (please include portfolio with your application).
- Experienced delivering social content across multi platforms/channels
- Demonstrated experience creating concepts and leading shoots and working with crew and talent.
- Experience working with planners and strategists to deliver audience and
- Experience delivering 360 campaigns not single-channel ideas
- Demonstrated experience concepting for activations experiential or live brand moments
- Confidence juggling multiple brands and briefs simultaneously
- A collaborative solutions-focused approach
- Exceptionally strong conceptual thinking skills copywriting art direction and along with the ability to present these persuasively as part of a thoughtful creative narrative.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met
- Experience collaborating with multiple skilled creative teams
- Demonstrated experience of working with senior marketeers across different business functions
Desired:
- Genuine interest in sports and/or gaming (Poker Bingo Casino)
- Experience working for brands in a regulated sector
