The Role
Teaching Design & Technology across KS3 and KS4
Planning and delivering engaging practical and theory-based lessons
Supporting pupils with design projects and coursework
Promoting safe working practices and high standards in workshops
Developing confidence in classroom management and curriculum delivery
Working closely with experienced DT teachers and technicians
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be on track to qualify as an ECT
A degree in Design & Technology or a related subject
The ability to teach DT across KS3 and KS4
A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning
Willingness to learn reflect and develop with support
Good organisational skills and a positive professional attitude
