The Junior Social Media Manager supports the strategy planning and execution of social media content for assigned titles. The role coordinates global content calendars collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and regional hubs supports campaign execution channel launches and reporting and contributes to optimization through trend monitoring benchmarks and analytics insights.
What youll do :
Support strategy development and distribution of social content for assigned titles across social platforms stand-alone destinations and
Manage global social content calendar for assigned titles
Seek out and make recommendations to align digital-driven original content with Prod Community Brand Comms and CRM calendar
Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize tactics and programs as outlined by social media marketing team; heavily support coordination of executional details
Support in development and executional plan to launch new social or owned channels
Serve as a key contact and partner to cross-functional partners agencies media and internal production including reviewing assets providing consolidated feedback and liaising with Social Media Publishing partner for posting executions and analytics
Support campaign coordination and information sharing with all local regional hub partners
Provide updates to larger marketing organization about trends and opportunities on social media
Identify benchmarks for social programs; monitor progress and contribute optimization recommendations to apply learnings as we go
Liaise with Analytics & Insights Manager and Social Media Publisher on pulse point reporting needs
Identify social media marketing trends competitive research best practices and key opportunities for innovation
Coordinate with Social Media Publisher counterpart for all social posting needs
Serve as key contact for XF partners as well as local EHs to disseminate key information
Post social content and trailers if needed (ad hoc)
Qualifications :
A first experience working in the field of consumer marketing digital marketing or equivalent relevant experience
Strong interest and basic knowledge of digital & social marketing programs including content creation digital production social media behavior research analytics and developing insights
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong time management skills
Collaborative proactive and solutions orientated
Active participant in digital and social media channels
Passion for internet and gaming culture a big plus
Entertainment or video game industry experience a plus
